I see that the contract requires event insurance. Where can we purchase that?

Event insurance can typically be purchased from the same insurance agent you may have purchased home or auto insurance from. There are online options, as well, that can be found by simply searching for ‘event insurance’ on Google. (We highly recommend using your friendly, local insurance agent.) Locust Creek Event Center must be listed as an additional insured on your policy and if serving alcohol, your policy must include liquor liability.

Are we required to use an in-house caterer or bar service?

We do not have an in-house caterer or bar service. You are welcome to bring in whoever you want to serve your food & beverages. Keep in mind, if you have hired a bar service that is selling alcohol, they need to have an off-premise liquor license and carry liquor liability.

Are the booking hours flexible?

Yes! We are flexible and want to be able to cater to your needs. Let us know what you have in mind and we can make something work!
